"The room and property was amazing! No complaints, Only issue we had was it was mexican independence day weekend and they were literally taking the city over.. took our uber almost a extra hour to get us back because of police lockdowns on the inner city. Communication on the transportation troubles would have been helpful. Besides that (not the hotels fault) 5/5 stars! The shower and bathroom was amazing"

"We love coming to CitizenM the rooms may be small but its just a different vibe. The Workers are all super nice and will help with anything. They are just amazing with everything. There patio on the 4th floor is stunning and has a really nice view of Michigan ave."

"Loved this double tree because parking was included which is VERY Hard to find parking less then almost $80 a night. Front desk was very kind. I stayed at 3 different hotel chains for my whole stay and this double tree was by far my favorite which really made our trip so much better after all the hectic ness of the other hotels we stayed at."
