"Great location, good sized rooms. Menu could have had a few more choices, was a bit limited. Car park was difficult to find the way in. Easy walk into the city centre, which is beautiful. "

"Hotel staff excellent and can’t do enough for you. Only negative. The rooms are tired had a loose floorboard in our room which pinched your foot mirror cracked. I would say the room needs a refurbishment. One frustrating thing was they didn’t tell us to keep our room key so when we went to go to get our car laid in with bags, we couldn’t use the lift had to walk down four flights of stairs. There was also items missing from the room and regarding the side of the room there should be a fridge."

"Lively stay and friendly staff. Not an issue for me but an elderly couple struggled with the stairs due to the lift being out of order and I helped them with their bags when they were offered no help from the desk staff"

"Excellent location close to Chester, only a 10 mi ute drive and about £8 to £10 in a taxi. Public areas very clean, as was the room. Very good size bedrooms and effective heating, a bonus when it is cold! Good leisure facilities too"

"I booked this hotel for an early flight the next morning. It's so convenient being 19 mins from the Airport. We are a family with 12 year old twins. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed which was way to small for my children. We loved that the hotel has a swimming pool and it was lovely and quiet. It isn't part of the hotel so it does carry an extra charge. £19 per family. We ate in the bar for convenience and found the food okay and reasonably priced. It was very busy and we had to wait for a table. I would recommend this hotel for a night stay if using the Airport. "

"We had a lovely stay we stayed for my boyfriend’s birthday and they left Prosecco and balloon in the room. It was a lovely hotel and we hope to come back. "
