"The property and people were great starting with the doormen, hotel staff, restaurant employees, maids and front desk staff. Annika was a great concierge. All of the front desk staff was great and informative. Adean, Chloe, and Clotilde (I think) were great. Adean went above and beyond to acquire a product for us and Chloe made us feel like family. I appreciated that parking was included since many attractions that didn't include a group tour were not in the neighborhood. I hope to visit your new facility in the future. Keep the same warm atmosphere!"

"Our vacation was literally taken one day at a time, including boucing around to several hotels and cities within Belize. We opted for the Master Sea View because it was not much more in cost than other rooms, and we were on vacay, so why not splurge a little. Absolutely loved the suite, the balcony, the view and everything about it. This hotel also had an elevator, which made the stay even that much more convenient and enjoyable. Really bummed we did not find this place sooner and stay longer. Hoping to visit Belize again! Would absolutely stay here again. The staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful as well. "

"Staff and concierge were incredible. They had everything we needed and arranged anything and everything for us. Available around the clock, security was awesome, amenities were wonderful, property is beautiful, very responsive to questions and concerns. If e return to San Pedro, this is where we will stay again. I cannot say enough good things about the property, food, people, staff, amenities, convenience… just a perfect wonderful fantastic property that completely made our vacation. "
