"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in Ambergris Caye! Located about 20 minutes south of town, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The house is ideal for a large family or multiple families, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings.The private dock and pool were absolutely fantastic—perfect for morning coffee with breathtaking views or an evening swim. We loved the peaceful, low-key vibe of this property, which was exactly what we were looking for. Being a bit removed from town allowed us to fully unwind, while still having easy access when we wanted it.One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional property manager, Eric. He was incredibly helpful, arranging golf cart rentals and coordinating taxis to and from the airport, making everything seamless. His hospitality truly made a difference.We also appreciated the convenience of having a full kitchen, as we enjoy going to the local grocery stores and cooking rather than dining out every meal. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, this property is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return! "

"The unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with not only the basic supplies, but has a toaster oven, a sous vide, Tupperware, a grill, and more. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with a beautiful view and plenty of ocean breezes. The restaurant across the street was convenient with great food. We ate there 3 of our 7 nights. We dove with Belize Pro Divers and they picked us up at the property dock.The management company is fantastic. They arranged our flights from Belize city to Ambergris Caye, a driver to pick us up at the airport and a golf cart reservation for the week. Ms. Ester met us at our arrival and checked us in. She was so responsive to any requests. When we asked for massages, she had us confirmed within the hour. When our A/C stopped working one night, we texted at 8:30PM and she immediately replied and we got it fixed. Tropic Air lost my duty free liquor that I purchased on my way to the Ambergris Caye and Ms. Ester spent hours on the phone with them trying to track it down. She eventually coordinated a refund for me. I can't say enough of how wonderful Ms. Ester was in making our stay so memorable. If you are considering this property, specifically unit 3A, you should book it ASAP. You will not regret it."

"This house was beautiful!!! We had access to the whole house which included two kitchens , six bedrooms and several bathrooms. Our communication with the owner Ed and his property manager Iris was super easy. They assisted us with our airline shuttle from BZE via Maya Air as well as our golf cart rental and taxi to and from the Ambergris Caye Airport to the house.The location of this house is south of San Pedro, approximately 4 miles or 19 minutes with the golf cart. We were a bit worried that it would be too far from home but it was an easy ride into town and much more peaceful than we expected. The grounds and pool were cleaned daily and always looked great.We spent most of our time hanging out on the property of the rental home. Bring your own snorkel gear and swim around the dock. They do not have an on site washer and dryer but we did not miss having access to one. We were well stocked with linens, towels and trash bags. We even had enough coffee to get by for the first couple of days.There are several small grocery stores nearby and a little bar with excellent pizza. Robin is the bar tender, he is great and full of local knowledge. His drinks are the best on the island.If you are interested in excursions, Ed and Iris will help you arrange them. We highly recommend Hol Chan/Caye Caulker full day with Mermaid- ask for Marvin and Kyle.
