For Belize city I felt safe and protected. Perfect for a one night stay either at the start or end of your Belizian vacation. I highly recommend getting a massage from Patricia. She is the sweetest person and started my session with "How can I hold space for you today?" If that doesn't kick off your relaxation mindset I don't know what will. Midtown bar and grill are just a few blocks away on the ocean. Great lobster. The Cafe Baked is also FANTASTIC and only a 1 min walk.

The staff was amazing. They coordinated transportation extremely well and were attentive throughout our stay. We also felt very safe and appreciated the cleanliness of the room.

My stay at The Palms was AMAZING! The rooms look beautiful in the pictures online but even nicer and spacious in person. I have zero complaints about my stay. I went as a solo, female traveler and felt so safe and comfortable. Staff was also extremely nice and accommodating! They arranged black car transportation from the airport for me, helped arrange 2 excursions and transportation, and just genuinely kind. Upon checkin, they put WARM coconut bread from a local bakery in the room which was such a kind touch. And then the cherry on top, I was not prepared with enough cash (poor planning on my end) and they did everything they could to work with me to resolve MY poor planning. Just an overall 10/10. I will be back soon and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.

We've traveled all over Belize. Starting in Belize City and going to Caye Caulker and San Pedro on this trip. The Palms in Belize City was by far the BEST hotel we've stayed in during our travels. The staff was so friendly and helpful in every regard. I highly recommend this place!

I would suggest that they get an elevator , and to maybe change the tiles on the stairs as it’s very slippery when wet . Overall the hotel was excellent , Marlon was amazing , and the staff was attentive … we definitely will be returning .

What a remarkable experience it was staying at The Palms. They provided us with ease from the get go when our flight was cancelled and we missed one day into our vacation. When we arrived, they set the personal touch with a hand written note and delicious coconut bread. The rooms were absolutely pristine with everything you need. The best part of our stay was Marlon, the hotel manager. His kindness, professionalism and thoughtfulness was incredible. We instantly felt welcomed and at home. He was always available with anything we needed and help curate wonderful excursions throughout our stay and even called taxis for us when we didn’t know where to find one. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done to make our stay unforgettable. The Palms picked a great manager for their property. We didn’t want to leave and look forward to our next visit.

Stayed at The Palms for two days on a recent trip. It's in a safer part of Belize City, and the property is secure, well-kept, and modern. Rooms are spacious and up-to-date, with an attentive and friendly staff. There's a coffee shop around the corner, but you may have to do some walking if you want other food options. I was able to do some urban birding nearby on foot.

This was an amazing place for Belize. Top level cleanliness, great staff, beautiful room, good water pressure with great hot water. In room coffee maker, make sure the water tower is shifted to the side, not the back. Great place for an overnight layover or base of operations for mainland excursions. The neighborhood has some run down buildings which may bother some but once you get on the Palms grounds everything is resort level. I would happily stay here again.
