My suitcase got lost on the flight over to the island. They handled everything and had my bag in my room within an hour. We will be visiting again! "

But wanted to give a special commendation to Hosea at the pool bar area. He was helpful, informative and accommodating. He is a plus for your resort. We plan on coming again to Belize. "
