"We went to Budapest as a birthday present for my other half. We booked a standard room but i emailed the hotel to try to arrange an upgrade to a suite or Junior suite as a surprise. No reply was forthcoming so I thought i'd discuss this on arrival. "Very nice hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Close to Parliament, public transportation and supermarkets. Bathroom was a bit dated but otherwise a very enjoyable stay!"

"A very pleasant stay, staff very friendly and willing to help. The only 2 issues I had was the bed was like concrete and the shower was too low. Overall it was a nice stay in a well located hotel."
