"I really wanted to give this place a 5 because the mixed reviews/inconsistent photos made me a but nervous to book but I have never been more pleasantly surprised. The only reason I knocked a star off is for a bad customer service experience at the end of our stay. There appear to be 2 different kinds of rooms in the photos, one super nice & one not so nice. "Not a traditional hotel arrangement, with no street level presence. Check-in is on the first floor accessed by buzzing the desk on an intercom. However, the staff is friendly and offers helpful orientation. The location is within easy walking distance of museums, coffee shops and very good dining options. Overall I had a positive experience and would stay here again. "

"Hostal Delfos provided a good value for the money… I stayed here 2 nights and chose the most economical room which was very small, but clean, and it did have a private bathroom. Some of the rooms do share a bathroom. Air-conditioning worked fine… Plenty of hot water. There is a common kitchen that can be utilized… Small fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. free coffee, and tea was a plus! "The staff were welcoming and friendly. For a budget hotel the room is clean and tidy. My room was a bit noisy with a fan sound nearby. There was loud slamming of doors on the corridor at various times.. The room was overlooked by offices and was in a dip so I kept the window blind down for privacy most of the time."
