"We had a fantastic stay. It was pretty spot on. Closen to train station, 10 min walk from thenold town, very welcoming staff, good breakfast, huge suite, very clean....we loved staying there."

"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door. "Gerl Hotel is a place not only to sleep while travelling but to spend time in the hotel as well. It has a great resturant and the breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of dishes. Shame the main spa (which is spectacular) opens only at 11:00 and closes at 20:00. "

"Very near to train station (but not loud, train is end of the line so not passing through traffic). Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk to old town area and great views. Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter. "
