"This is the best hotel ever! The staff is impeccable and we felt really well taken care of. They remember what you did the day before, ask you how it was, and the concierge service is amazing. If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. If you are in Cusco, you MUST stay at this hotel for a trip of a lifetime! "

"Fabulous stay at Belmond Monasterio! Check in was easy and the staff were personable and professional. We felt welcomed and valued as a client. Our room was upgraded to a suite with a semi-private courtyard. Fabulous room. Great amenities in room. Music in the bar in the evening with a wood fire burning. Dinner in hotel was good. Breakfast had good variety and quality. Staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful. Tea station available all day. Oxygen in room helped with altitude....
