5.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (855)
"This is the best hotel ever! The staff is impeccable and we felt really well taken care of. They remember what you did the day before, ask you how it was, and the concierge service is amazing. If you need transportation you must hire Authoro, he drove us to different historical sites, different little quaint towns, and made our trip something we will never forget. If you are in Cusco, you MUST stay at this hotel for a trip of a lifetime! "

"Excellent location within walking distance of the heart of Cusco with access to shopping and multiple eating options. The hotel has a distinct colonial vibe with the beautiful courtyard and water fountain. Breakfast hit the spot with a wide variety of choices and made to order eggs, waffles and pancakes. Just be sure to avoid the rooms facing the street due to traffic noise late into the night."

"Fabulous stay at Belmond Monasterio! Check in was easy and the staff were personable and professional. We felt welcomed and valued as a client. Our room was upgraded to a suite with a semi-private courtyard. Fabulous room. Great amenities in room. Music in the bar in the evening with a wood fire burning. Dinner in hotel was good. Breakfast had good variety and quality. Staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful. Tea station available all day. Oxygen in room helped with altitude....
