"This property is beautiful. It’s just a few blocks from the plaza. Best of all, the staff were incredible. My son broke his glasses while on the trip and the receptionist walked with us to the optometrist. We couldn’t find someone to fix them but she went from one store to the next until we found someone. She went above and beyond to help us. Both Vanessa and Joshua went above and beyond for us. They are so kind and hospitable "

"Everything was fine from check in to check out. We were upgraded to a bigger room on the first floor and were very pleased. Room service was timely and good. All the staff were exemplary. Breakfast was very good and a great selection. Bar tender was professional and mixed great concoctions."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff was helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. It was easily walkable to the main Plaza but in a much quieter area. Beautiful lobby and cute courtyard. The only drawback was breakfast - it was just okay and didn’t have many options."
