"Our room was inconveniently located right beside the entrance to the dining room and right across from public bathrooms even though we paid for an upgraded room. Curtains didn't close properly so at night people could see into our room. The shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere, and the water took ten minutes to go from freezing to warm. "

We are especially grateful to Leo, the chef at their in house restaurant for taking extra care in preparing meals four our daughter with serious food allergies. She was very happy...

"This is a beautiful hotel. The climb takes a bit of getting used to when you first arrive and need to acclimatize to the altitude. But it’s a cheap taxi up and a quick walk down. Good breakfasts"
