"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. "Conveniently located close to the Plaza de Armas. Rooms could use some improvement. Very cute and cozy Hotel. One of the members in our party fell ill. The staff was amazing, not only did they provided us with Oxygen, they arranged for an ambulance service. Thank fully after a very well established protocol in the Clinic, We were able to board our train to Machu Picchu on time, the staff prepared for us breakfasts to go.
