"It is in excellent shape, but it is time for updates and upgrades. The bathroom's tub is so high it is a fall hazard. The hall carpet on the 4th floor is buckling and dirty. The elevator makes odd noises and bumpy. I love the hotel and have been staying there for over 15 years. The Bay Club is fantastic."
