"The bathroom door was broken it would.close all the way. It was halfway off the hinge. The Hot tub was broken and there were no chairs in the pool area to relax in or hold your belongings. The included breakfast was full of bread...bagles, pancakes, bisciuts, pastries. No eggs or meat or no cream cheese for the bagles. Cereal for the kids, fruit & yogurt were good choice for my little one, but I expected much more for a breakfast that was so tightly policed. Dont forget your breakfast ticket. "

"We always have a nice time here. It’s convenient since it’s so close to other places in the Bay Area. Great shopping center across the street, nice bar inside the hotel and the beds are comfortable. The pool is heated, which is nice. Family friendly if you’re coming during the summer for the water park. Breakfast is average. Not as nice as other Hiltons but it’s still a good place to stay."
