"House was well maintained and super cute. Had all the amenities we needed and only 15 mins from downtown Palm Springs. Close to shops and grocery if needed. Nice gated community! Christine was super responsive to questions before and after I booked. Would stay again if I find myself back in Palm Springs. "

"My husband and I stayed four days at this lovely property. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and great location. The pool and hot tub was a wonderful treat. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook amazing meals for family that came by for dinner. We celebrated two birthdays by having a bbq in the beautiful backyard patio area. We definitely will return for another stay."

"The home was in great condition and the communication with the Host (Kirsten) was very easy. Garage and Alarm codes were easy to access via the welcome email. The private salt water pool was a nice perk during the stay. The bathrooms were updated and clean with 3 nice sized rooms in the house. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook and prep meals. The washer and dryer were nice to have available in case you need them. Access to the garage was a nice touch given the 105 degree heat...

"We booked here and after we paid I asked for a early check in and late check out. I sent this email 4 times in a week and never heard a peep. We showed up to the gated community hoping we could get in and no such luck. We then got on an hour and a half call with VRBO. This call basically said they would need to contact the owner to try and get our money back in 5 to 7 days. Eleven day s later we called back again asking for the status of our refund. "Three couples and three teens had plenty of space. Outdoor area is amazing, with a pool (the layout of the pool is perfect and it is shaded most of the day). Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds, clean, and stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Not gated but very secure and safe neighborhood. Check in was very easy. Tv had thousands of channels, literally everything you might want to watch. There is a detailed handbook which was very helpful, basically stated everything you want to know...

"Stay was great, some minor concerns with wood pallets being broken in the backyard, my son got a splinter but was okay. Also, just a note, there’s moisture in the floor boards in multiple areas of the house, and what looks to be mold, bottom left of the fridge and bathroom closest to garage. Otherwise, it was a relaxing and great stay with family!"

"The property was as advertised with 3 ensuite king size bedrooms for privacy. The large house has multiple lounging and eating areas - inside and outside, a chef's kitchen including a variety of spices, oils, and plenty of space to store groceries. "From the moment we booked it was a great experience. The host was quick to respond to all our questions, giving great recommendations for dining and things to do. He was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The house was just as listed. It was clean and well stocked with indoor and outdoor towels and linens. "Booked this property with a group of friends to celebrate a couple birthdays. The house was exactly as described and Nigel was an excellent host!! The pool and backyard space was perfect on a hot day. We had a small snafu with the wifi but Nigel was very communicative and offered us a free late checkout to make up for it which was more than fair. Would stay again!!"
