"Booked week before stay for a family memorial in the area. Night before expected arrival I was put on evacuation alert - though I knew reservation was non-refundable - I called admin immediately & they were so kind! Sent me assurance that I would not be charged under the circumstances if I had to cancel. Luckily, I was able to come—with precious items packed in my car in case of my home needing evacuation while I was gone (it did not, thank goodness). They arranged (-for 35 fee) to arrive...

Couldn’t quite get the smart TV to work because we are old… maybe a detailed guide of how to use and choose all the bells and whistles could have helped.
