Miracle Springs is a hidden gem! The resort itself was very nice! The pools & spas were amazing & the restaurant was fantastic! Service was great as well. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!

We knew when we booked this hotel that it was older and outdated but were still expecting better. We paid for a double king room with a balcony. The first problem was that the air conditioning unit was broken and and only blew hot air we could have dealt with that if we could have opened the slider to the balcony but the slider was sealed and you could not open it! So no one in the room was able to sleep due to the heat. We also paid for a room with a balcony that was unusable.

This place is being held together with scotch tape! Poorly maintained, out of date. The many hot springs pools are nice but open 24 hours/ day and no security needed to access them. Basically walk through lobby and straight through one never-locked gate. A party of 7 very young adults partied in room next to me until midnight when front desk got enough guest complaints to finally force them out. Spa services are unexceptional. Cheap products used and I felt like they short-changed me on my allotted time. Surrounding town is run-down.

During my stay, I encountered several issues with the facilities. When I attempted to take a shower this morning, only hot water came out. Additionally, my friend, who traveled with me and was staying in the suite, she said only cold water came out. Furthermore, the dry sauna had an unpleasant odor and was not up to standard. The hot tub did not provide the expected experience of hot springs or mineral water; instead, it had a strong smell of chlorine, which was quite off-putting.

On the first night, my girlfriend and I came back to the hotel room after checking in and turned on the heater, but no heat came out. Then I tried to take a shower and it was only cold. On the third day I try to take a shower and it was only scorching hot. The mineral pools were nice.

The hotel is gross and smells like cigarettes. We went swimming and there was a fully clothed homeless man in the hot tub drunk out of his mind harassing a woman. Went to bed and couldn’t sleep because there was a group of people outside our room in the hot tub until 6am. Probably one of the grosses hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
