"From the approach of the property we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the lush landscape and the clean modern aesthetic. The gated entry welcomes you to an eclectic desert scape, patio with seating area and BBQ. Just beyond is the gated backyard with swimming pool adorned by fruit trees and ample seating/lounging areas.Once inside the unit we were welcomed with period appropriate interior design, art work and finishes. Staying here is like vacationing in a Josh Agle ("SHAG") lounge...

"The place is cute and cozy and the pool and hot tub were great! The sink and showers were funky. They smelled like sewer and sputtered air. When I brushed my teeth it tasted really off. My skin was itchy after a shower. Otherwise it was fine."

"Except for the weather our 6 day stay was very nice. Communication with the owners was great and the one time we needed something (broken TV remote), we had it the by the next day. Overall good value for the price."

"Casa Altura and Eddie are definitely an oasis of peace. Eddie made sure EVERY detail was perfect and easy. He offered any and all assistance needed quickly and efficiently; hikes, restaurants, sights, the full package. The star gazing is prime, the hot tub perfect for the gazing and the views, location are top of the line! Thank you Eddie for such attention to detail!"

"Traveled with my wife, 2 kids and brother. House was clean and more than adequate for the five of us. Beds were comfortable. One snag was not being able to figure out how to set the hot tub temp, but it wasn't enough of an issue for us to reach out to management about. All said, this will be the first place we look up when we come back to JT."
