One morning the water was turned off, so we were unable to use the bathroom. We were able to use the public restroom while we waited and the staff took care of our breakfast for the inconvenience. I have never had such accommodating staff at a hotel stay until now! They have a customer for life. "

I believe technical issues happen anywhere and anytime but the way the staff handle the issues is important, which this hotel did an amazing job in this regards"
