Perhaps due to the wildfires, check in was horrible, the room wasn’t ready at 4pm check in, the lines were really long and it took a long time to actually get our keys. We booked 3 people on the reservation and the pullout bed had no bedding and we only had 2 towels. The room was musty and the neighbors noisy. But the bedding was really comfortable. They put erroneous charges on my bill.

The front office reassigned our villa after i noted fireplace didn't work n the view was unsightly. The second villa was exactly what i saw in the website. If they had an earlier check in i could have enjoyed the amenities.

We stayed here for a family gathering and immensely enjoyed: the pools, mini golf, pickleball, shuffleboard, playground, ping pong, walking around the beautiful grounds, exercise room, sauna, hot tubs, and enormous room space (we had a 2 room villa) and comfortable furniture and layout. My favorite thing was to eat lunch on our patio overlooking the pond, golf course and mountains in the distance! The front desk was so wonderful and helped us mostly be in one building (very last minute request!) The Mirage (activities center) was a great gathering place that we wish we used more!! But that is where we checked out a lot of equipment. Reservations on the pickleball courts start at 9AM but you have to be on the property to reserve. We only wished we had a complete list of the amenities beforehand when planning each day! We truly could have just stayed on the property the entire time. We absolutely loved this place and want to return soon.
