When I first got there, the girl at the front just was very rude. She tried to tell me I didn’t have a room even though I booked it days ahead after speaking to the manager they found my room lol also, I was told that they tried calling me and it didn’t go through. Honestly, I do not think they were calling the right number because I didn’t have no problem with anybody else calling me, she be calling in front of me trying to make me look stupid and it didn’t go through but honestly I don’t think she was dialing the right number on purpose I seen reviews with other customers, saying the same thing that they weren’t receiving calls from them either and the same issue saying they didn’t have a room for them when they got there, but finally at the end, the manager found my room out of nowhere that was literally the only issue I had they need to work on Customer Service and also on how they book peoples rooms
