"Terrible experience. When I tried to check in, I had to wait for ages. There was no real urgency to check customers in. They could not find my booking, insisted on a booking reference number (which I had), but no avail. In addition, they insisted on paying the tourist tax, which was already paid for. I had shown proof on my booking confirmation, however that was not satisfactory. The whole experience was awful. I had planned to stay there again, due to the low cost, however I cancelled this....

"we stayed only one night since we were just transferring. The hotel room has no window (not as it's shown in the pic), but it's not a big issue for one night stay. The uncle at the front desk was super nice. It's in a very good area for food and sightseeing. If I go again to KL I will stay here again. "
