"The hotel was immaculate and our room on the 9th floor had everything we needed for the 7 days we stayed there. We opted for the Crystal Club - which was also on the 9th floor - and it was definitely worth the extra money. From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left we were impressed by the professional, helpful and friendly staff. A special shout out to Gladys and Kripa in the Crystal Club, who always greeted us with a smile and were always eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The position of the hotel was perfect as it was next to the MRT, which we used on a daily basis to get around Singapore. It was also in walking distance to many of the places we wanted to see. I couldn't fault this hotel and would certainly recommend. "
