"One of the worst check in experience I had encountered. Unhelpful & poor attitude front office staff. Also, very misleading check in information. It’s said 24hrs by self service kiosks which do not issue room so there are no difference from indicating honest check in timing. Very false and misleading information, thus is one of the example from a lists! Regards, K"

"The facility is a bit dated, but the staff is kind and helped taking my bags to the room. The double bed rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The only issue is that walls are super thin where you can hear your neighbors cough so be aware if you are sensitive. The location is super convenient and overall I felt 9/10 safe as a solo traveler."
