"Very good location, with many attractions nearby. Right across from a shopping mall and surrounded by bus and metro stations. Great breakfast with many options. The hotels coffee shop offered very good coffee and sweets. Very nice view from the room. One thing to improve for families with kids would be a kids menu in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and maybe a play room. "

"We stayed for a week at the Pan Pacific, our room was quite large although couples will find there is little room to store your belongings so you may need to keep everything inside luggage. The room service food was wonderful and quick. The only criticism we had was the housekeeping staff were understaffed so often the room would be cleaned around 4-5pm. Our minibar also wasn't stocked 2 seperate days which was somewhat annoying considering it is a 5 star hotel. Overall we were very comfortable and would definately come back!"

The staff’s attention to detail and friendliness truly elevated our experience—they were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The swimming pool was another highlight, providing a relaxing and well-kept space to unwind after a day of exploring. The bar also impressed us with its fantastic selection of drinks and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for winding down in the evenings. The location was ideal—conveniently close to key attractions and amenities while still offering a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding amenities, excellent service, and prime location. We would gladly return for another stay!"
