"This is a great location however our room was little more than a Bathroom with a bed in it. We booked the hotel because it advertises having a bar and restaurant, however the bar and restaurant are closed. the staff are friendly but completely ineffectual."

"At first blush, the space was clean and simple, and in a good location, as was advertised. As we "lived in it", we found that there were no forks, the stove and the hot plates did not work. There was mold and mildew in the shower, the tape in the corners of the bedroom windows did not hold out the noise and the air. The location was good, but it was very noisy until well past 1:00am. We ended up sleeping on the hide-a-bed to escape the street noise. Communication with management was not good...

"Helpful staff. No foyer just a small ground-floor café bar doubling as the reception. My Superior Double room was fine for one person, low-lit and compact, but with no desk or chair, which was awkward as I needed to work. Bathroom was nice, well-lit with deco design touches. I chose this hotel based on its location and proximity to an event I was attending. In that respect it was excellent, situated almost directly on Leicester Square, yet still surprisingly quiet.
