"Great location. Big room, enough for my family of 4"

"Helpful staff. No foyer just a small ground-floor café bar doubling as the reception. My Superior Double room was fine for one person, low-lit and compact, but with no desk or chair, which was awkward as I needed to work. Bathroom was nice, well-lit with deco design touches. I chose this hotel based on its location and proximity to an event I was attending. In that respect it was excellent, situated almost directly on Leicester Square, yet still surprisingly quiet. "Great location - easy walk to underground, theatres and other landmark sights in London. Staff very friendly. Room good- not noisy at all despite the heavy foot traffic. "

"This is a great location however our room was little more than a Bathroom with a bed in it. We booked the hotel because it advertises having a bar and restaurant, however the bar and restaurant are closed. the staff are friendly but completely ineffectual."
