"The staff was both kind and professional. The hotel is in a great, walkable location, surrounded by a plethora of diverse and delicious restaurants. It is close to the Red Line for quick, easy access to the rest of Chicago; the Loop is only one stop away. Combined with the price, I haven't found a better value in downtown Chicago."
