"This hotel is in an excellent location for access to many of the museums. It was a short walk across Grant Park to Shedd Aquarium. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive the room was a bit dated but functional. The beds were extremely uncomfortable but that was to be expected at this price point. They provided a playpen for our infant and it was clean and structurally sound. There are many restaurant near or a short walk from this restaurant and the French bakery adjacent to the lobby was...

"We have stayed here many times. The staff is very helpful and efficient. We love the easy going atmosphere. It is close to everything in the neighborhood and easily accessible to the train as well. "

"The staff was nice. Overall, decent quality and cleanliness for price. Hot water in the shower wasn’t great but not that big of a deal. Walkability to restaurants, parks, etc was very convenient. "

"Overall a very good experience. The only hiccup that was a little annoying was the Fire alarm going off in the hotel at about 5:30am. Went off a few separate times. I can’t blame the hotel for that though. "
