The entire place - rooms and restaurant - have just been completely refurbished as of 2025. It's simply gorgeous with modern comforts while maintaining the character of its 17th century origin. The restaurant is excellent. Be sure to make dinner reservations as it is very popular with local folks as well as visitors."
