"Stay was very enjoyable, the facilities were great, only issue we had was hairdryer was blowing cold air and there was not hot. After being in the spa/pool this was needed. Other than that we had a very good stay, will be returning "

"Lovely comfortable beds surprisingly spacious rooms. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. The facilities are wonderful clean and easy to use. Only one downside there is no lift to facilitate anyone with disabilities to the different levels. Absolutely perfect for our needs though and will be going back. "

"We stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. Really lovely manager Corrinne was really helpful. We did have an issue with the shower which was resolved during our stay. Easy parking, great location, stylish accommodation & lovely breakfast. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. 15 min walk to Hawkstone Brewery to sample their goods was great too. We also enjoyed the farmer’s market (on the last Sunday of the month). I would happily stay again and recommend to others."

Was so hot impossible to sleep. I tried to put the temperature down, don't think I was successful so switch on the fan Same in the lobby too high . Would be nice a room ambiance 20 degrees "

"Beautiful hotel right on the town square. Really warm, friendly welcome when we arrived. Had checked in online before we arrived so were given our keys and shown to our room. Room was on the small side (we stayed in Fawn) but really not a problem as we were out all day. Great bathroom and shower, tea and coffee making gear in the room and fresh water and milk in fridges around the hotel so just help yourself and so much better than cartons of UHT! Continental breakfast was included and there...
