"Beautiful hotel! Friendly staff. GREAT, safe, location! Very lush and gorgeous lobby. The bed however was very hard and so springy. Also the pillows are mini- sized pillows. There were no wash cloths and the towels could use upgrading. The room was nice- but bedding, mattress and towels need replacing. "

"I loved the junior suite that we stayed in! The view was wonderful. The all day snacks at the little hotel café were varied and delicious. We were not able to enjoy the free dinner included with our stay at the fancier restaurant on the sixth floor because reservation was needed. Next time I will do that on the day I book the room. We did enjoy a wonderful breakfast there the next morning and the view is spectacular. The staff was excellent and the food outstanding. "

"The hotel is ideally located for holiday activities. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, the room amenities could be better maintained, as the flooring is uneven. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from an update to enhance the overall guest experience."
