Hood hotel conveniently placed in the major highway from Mexico City to Cuernavaca/Acapulco. Near two bug malls and many shops and restaurants, but given its location next to the highway it’s not walkable, you must drive to all these locations. The staff is very nice and the rooms clean, restaurant is good and opens untill late.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the air conditioning did not work and the bathrooms were full of mold. I went to the restaurant and they served a salad with the lettuce in bad condition.

The only tricky thing was Finding the entrance right off the freeway, you’re on a highway and you have to make a sharp right turn to get in there so a Little signage would be appreciated. Other than that everything has been great so far. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean, restaurant has great food options , nice outside area ,gym has what you need to get a good workout . Nice plaza on the other side with movie theaters restaurants and lots of shopping . If your from out of town this is your best bet

Todo fue muy amable desde la recepcion, sin embargo el bufet de desayuno dejo mucho que desear, la presentacion de la comida mala y la comida insipida sin sabor. La alberca muy limpia, pero solo la alberca del fondo cuenta con caldera, la otra es calentador solar y tarda mucho en calentarse, algo malo si tienes niños y quieren entrar lo mas pronto posible al agua.
