"This historic, beautiful hotel, is ideally located across the street from the town square park. It has nice grounds, pool, and hot tub. Having a gas fireplace in the room is an added bonus! Everything you need, restaurants, bars, retail, all in easy access, and short walking distance. "

"We found this surprising gem by accident . Little did we know while booking this hotel that this is a historic town and a historic hotel too !! Also surprised at the spacious room & bathroom area too . For a historic hotel , the upkeep seems to be great . The nightly rate was very reasonable for the beautifuk hotel. Because of stay at this hotel , we were able to discover & enjoy this historic town . Will definitely recommend a stay here ! "

"If not a Marriott member, parking is $10/day! Dropping $150 on a room plus any BS resort fees added should be enough to cover your damn parking lot. Pretty insulting. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly."

"The setting is gorgeous. I absolutely loved waking up to the view across the creek, in the most comfortable bed! Our coffee maker wasn't working and the owners replaced it later that day, so the responsiveness was great. There seem to be only 2 rent-able units on the property, which also provides a nice amount of privacy. Our kids loved visiting the farm animals in the morning which was an added bonus. "
