"This property was so close to everything in Downtown San Jose and the staff was so nice. Streaming and tv options could have been better with casting option and WiFi was a little complicated. "

"Rooms were nicely appointed and if you like firm bed mattresses, this is perfect for you. It was like sleeping on a slab of granite. The window coverings were broken so you couldn’t operate them and when the heater went on it caused them to click repeatedly against the wall. The phone wasn’t connected, so we couldn’t call for assistance and it was too late to go downstairs again. These are one off issues and all that said, I would likely try again, the location was great."

"I actually thought this room was very accommodating and the room was nice,.clean, and up to date. It was quiet and secure. Even though staff wasn't all that friendly, they monitored who came in and out of the parking lot. Overall I would probably stay again, especially for the affordable price."
