Easy check-in, great communication that was professional and friendly.The apartment's Coral Beach location is convenient to everything, direct beach access, full service grocery store, pharmacy, etc.The apartment was comfortable but the kitchen was lacking basics, no dish drainer, no tea towels, no large pasta pot , no large frying pan, etc. Oven was not working. Freezer was leaking into the refrigerator.Plus side, plenty of beach...

"Pleasant, clean, and well appointed with a great view. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Although the property manager was not always supportive, the owner was easily contacted and quickly resolved all issues. Ideal location for enjoying the beach and exploring San Juan. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks."

The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable. The kitchen was a little cramped with older appliances, the sofa was older as well. The beach was however steps from the front door. "

"The property was very nice. The master bedroom was very spacious. The second bedroom is very small and is two twin beds pushed together. This was fine for us but the website/picture stated two twin beds with a place to put your phone/book/drink. This is not the case. There is little room to move However, the rest of the condo was very nice. Great balcony with a great view. (although the picture does not show the very large unit that sits on the balcony) There was however, room for 4 people...

"Very clean and not just the apt. but the lobby as well, friendly respectable staff, beautiful pool and beach. Apt, had all that we needed ( it even provided us with beach towels).Living room plus bedrooms each had their own TV. Across the street is a Walgreen, Pizza City which is open 24/7 (serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and not just pizza). During the week days it is fairly quiet, on weekends it is fairly hopping with people walking at all hours but, there is a constant police presence that...
