Although the facade of the building is old there are repairs going on but it does not affect your stay. The building inside is very clean. "Staying at this property was great! Clean, spacious, and cozy. Garry was a great host - very timely responses, willing to address any questions/issues I had, and was just great overall! The location was convenient - walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. The view of the sunset on the balcony was always perfect. I stayed for a whole month and thoroughly enjoyed it. "Wow, just wow. Eric saved the day when the rental I had secured in PR turned out to be not great. I messaged him and he was super flexible in allowing me a same day checkin and offered to let me ditch my luggage there while the unit was being cleaned. The unit is lovely and the location CANNOT be beat. We felt totally safe and secure in the building and loved how central we were to everything. We will absolutely be booking again! "I stayed with my GF and her two teenage boys. The Good: Communication was good and questions were answered promptly. The beach is at your doorstep. Lots of good stuff in the kitchen. I liked the dual dishwashers: teenage boys eat constantly so we were constantly doing dishes. I also liked the wheeled grocery cart for my frequent walks to the grocery store. "This property is wonderful. It is has everything one needs in a vacation rental and is beautifully appointed. The location can’t be beat - it is safe, quiet and within close walking distance of both a great pool and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores, etc. The owner was terrific and responded immediately to any questions. Highly, highly recommend this property!"
