It’s right outside of Embassy suites, so you have a restaurant within walking distance, as well as casino and bowling alley. Plenty of things to do with the whole family. There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer...
