"We stayed here for 3 days. The pictures are very accurate. Communication with the host was excellent, very responsive and helpful. Location is great, parking is very convenient. Only had intermittent wifi issues and could not figure out how to make the temperature in the shower be just warm. It went from scalding hot to cold so had to switch between one and the other. Everything else was perfect..."

"This propert is right smack in the middle with of everything! stores, dinning,entertainment and of course the beautiful beach. The host Maribel was great I found myself neededing an extra night and she made it happen. I’m very greatful for her rapid and smooth transition through this last minute inconvenience. This is a must if you’re looking to relax and enjoy a clean and nice place to stay. Definitely will stay again!!"

"The condo was fantastic for our family vacation. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for the week, including beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, cooler, you name it! A storm came through and briefly knocked out the power, but the condo even had flashlights and candles. Having the parking spot in the garage was so convenient. We did tours everyday and would say this spot is a perfect combo for your pick up but after returning right near fun evening time places and the beach! The balcony is a nice option for fresh air, although do have to note the construction - but to be honest you should out and about anyhow around the island so should barely notice ;) The unit itself is modern and great. "The apartment was great! Great location, large terrace which overlooked Calle de la Luna. This is where we spent most of time. Very clean, kitchen was good for preparing simple meals. Master bedroom was roomy. The second bedroom was small but comfortable. Three flights of stairs were no problem for us."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay and the apartment was quite nice, the view being the best part. While the building was older, it always had a security guard and felt safe. Great location in San Juan, you can walk to a couple gyms and many restaurants, plus there’s rentable lime/e scooters nearby you can download the app and use. Really close to old San Juan, across the street from t-mobile district and other nightlife areas. Great two weeks spent here, enjoyed our stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The beach was close and we walked to a couple of restaurants that were great. It was nice having the pool there as well. Nice place to stay for 2 adults or a family with young children. Everything was great!"
