"The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place is not very well maintained. Mosquitoes ripped me to shreds in the bathroom and bedroom. There were roaches in the bathroom at night. The bed was not very comfortable. Although the staff was great, I would not stay here again. "

"This property was great! Customer service was 10/10. Access to almost everything nearby was less than 10 min. Being as though this property was so close Ubers were only $4-13. Isla verde Beach was a 1 min walk away, you could see the beach from the balcony. Anything as far as request with the property were taken seriously and handled very quickly. I called the desk when I noticed my microwave power was off and they assured me someone would come up to resolve the problem. In less than 5 min...
