"The property itself is great, modern and clean, well decorated. I needed assistance and the property management agent was helpful and friendly. Wonderful customer service. The routing on the GPS brought us through multiple low rent apartment neighborhood and a lot across from the property which was overgrown with weeds and dilapidated buildings. "The hotel is right off the beach which is great. The rooms are about but could use more cable stations and the room seems to be a bit outdated. Room service was very accommodating. Check-in was very easy."

"Booked this as soon as we landed. I expected a little more for the price. The accommodation wasn’t bad, but very basic and needed a little extra cleaning in the bathroom. They let us check in early, however, not at all flexible with checkout. I requested an extra 30minutes and was denied that, even as an Expedia VIP. Other than that, front desk staff were great, providing wine at check in, ponchos when it rained and a hefty lift of food recommendations. No TVs in bedrooms, which isn’t a must...

"The staff was so friendly and amazing. Our washer broke and they did our laundry for us the communication was perfect and staying in old San Juan was absolutely perfect. Everything was so walkable and accessible I can’t imagine staying somewhere else it was right in the middle of everything and the street of the rentals doesn’t have cars on it so it was so peaceful and quiet. Would highly recommend. "
