"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would love to come back. The lobby smelled great, everything was very clean, and the decor was both tasteful and comfortable. However, there were a few hiccups. The TV clock showed inaccurate time - it was 20 minutes behind, and the in-room guest service menu for room service didn’t work. Additionally some of the advertised amenities are no longer available. The pool door wouldn’t open at 6 PM, and unfortunately, the smell of weed came through my...

"We always love staying here when we visit La Jolla. It's centrally located downtown close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The rooms have a refrigerator , but no microwave. The people that work here are the best! Always so friendly and helpful! We will always stay here!"

"I liked the place but it needs some renovating and updating in the rooms. Bath towels were old. Wish we didn’t have to walk so far to get coffee. The coffee in the room wasn’t adequate. That being said, staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again."
