"I always stay here when visiting Boston as it is in a great location. Convenient to the main roads and close to dining and shopping. (the mall is across the street as well as Target) This is helpful when staying for an extended amount of time. The staff is also great and the included breakfast is also great! The gym is okay, you can make do, but if you are wanting a full fledged gym, you will need to look around in the area. All in all, it's a great spot, it's clean and also safe. "

"Staff are always pleasant and asking if they can help you. Always greeted with a hello or good bye. In walking distance to Aquarium, Boston Commons, Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail. Great places to eat in the area and the Pub right next door was an added bonus. The water bottles and filtered water on every floor is a nice touch. The coffee/expresso machine in the lounge was broken the two days we were there which was a disappointment. Second time staying at this property and would...

"I loved how it was connected to the Prudential but wished the room was a little bit bigger. The water got hot extremely fast and had excellent pressure, the staff was lovely and pleasant and made the check in process smooth"
