We loved the hotel overall. The area was perfect for walking to shops restaurants and museums. We had a lovely balcony room o er looking the pool. Our only complaint was that the pool area was lit up all night and caused our room to never really get completely dark.

Despite the fact that it says on Expedia that there is a parking, the parking was full (there was a sign that says except for hotel guests but it was not true). It was a mess in the area around the hotel, we looked for a parking for 1 hour without finding one. We went to check in and asked the front desk for help and they offered none. They refused to help and said there was nothing they could do. Seems like false representation to me. On top of that, the hotel is very old, has not been renovated since the 90s, the room smells like chlorine because of the pool and we got our throat and eyes badely irritated. They don’t come and clean before the 3rd night, not even making bed or changing towels. Restaurant is expensive and not really good. Only positive point is the location which is very closed to everything.

We had a city view suite and the view was spectacular looking at the Carre Youville, skating rink and Christmas market all lit up. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive both at check in and the cleaning staff. We had dinner in the restauarant which was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was excellent for touring around Old Quebec.

Great hotel. Very well placed near all the shops, restaurants. The balcony that looks onto the pool and spa is great. Garden room with balcony is big with sofa area and small fridge.

Your property and room is beautiful, the only problems we had were the cold that emanated from those windows and aluminum frames that made it uncomfortable while enjoying the view from those panoramic windows. Also perhaps the 2 chairs in the room could use a refreshing or replacement. All said we would not hesitate to book this room again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Quebec City, and it was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to the ice rink and winter festivals. Our family room suite was cozy, and the indoor pools were great for relaxing. We enjoyed delicious meals for dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The service was excellent and the staff friendly. Highly recommend for a winter stay!

The hotel room is beautiful and the balcony off the hall, looking over the pool area is very nice. Nice the little convenience store on the lower level. Vending machines? Some floors don't have any vending machines and others do. The signs on each floor do not reflect the true location of the beverage vending machine. On the 7th floor the sign isn't correct for a beverage machine. The bath tub / hold your balance when entering. Very high step in. Some sort of binder welcoming visitors to the hotel showing the amenities available. How does that microwave work it's all in French? Tell us stuff. The hours of the pool, towels available. We loved this hotel!. The staff was super friendly, hotel was right at the gates to the old city, very covenient, restaurant was excellent.

This is a convenient location. The hotel has friendly staff and very clean. It is an old hotel and some amenities were not working properly.
