Beautiful and charming historical property, staff was kind and friendly, cute and unique touches like good morning and good evening floor mats in the elevators. Only stayed one night but bed was very comfortable only complaint is that the towels were like cardboard. Cafe Bonjour around the corner is worth the walk and Boston Common is a short walk as well!

Friendly staff, beautiful decor, clean rooms within seconds of the WNDR museum and Opera House. I also love the coffee shop attached to the lobby. So many dining choices all within a very short walk.

I chose this hotel for a couple of reasons, 1. They had a very interesting bar on the webpage and 2. a shuttle to the airport. They actually had neither, no cozy bar and no shuttle. That being said the staff bent over backwards to get me a cab and every single person who worked there treated me like royalty. All in all it’s the wonderfully gracious staff who made this visit worth it!
