"Convenient most of staff were friendly. The coffee maker in our room -room 131 didn't work. The person handling the breakfast area was not courteous there was a lack of service utensils and empty platters.....lack of food items. "

"I booked an ADA compliant room, which we were provided. The room was located on the third floor and while riding the elevator up to our room, another guest informed us the elevator had broken earlier that day. This created a problem as the reality set in that the faulty elevator would prevent me from evacuating in an emergency. I dont know why and ADA would be on the 3rd floor."
