"We had great service and the room was nice and clean. It will be nice if they upgrade flooring to a plank in the future. No coffee in the room but they had plenty in the lobby all day. We will stay here again. Unbeatable price and location."

"We liked how easy it was to check in. Had no issue with staff they were all polite and did a good job. My husband and I liked that it was in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and freeways. We didn't like the toilets its one of those that had little to no water at the bottom abd then when you flush the water pours out, just was kind of mid. Heads up, the shampoo and body wash provided smelled awful, better go to bring your own. We had a room facing the 101 so noise level were pretty...

"When we arrived to check in our room was not ready. I was told upon check in that they would call when our room which was ready, the hotel never did. The staff upon checknin were not friendly at all and acted thatcwe were an inconvenience. Upon leaving to go have dinner and some errans, we came back to hotel around 8 pm and our room was ready. The front desk was very friendly and attentive, i wish 5he prior staff were as nice as her. We had a nice stay and enjoyed our visit with our neice who...
