We have stayed here several different times. Our grandkids were little and now they’re graduating so it’s been many years. This visit we had noisy neighbors and then in the next room over a pipe broke and flooded our room. Thankfully nothing in our room got ruined. They moved us to a different room and we did get compensated for one night for our troubles. So overall it ended well.

I loved my two weekend stay. I come here to clear my mind. The beach is only a 5 min walk away and lots of great local restaurants and bars. The only negative was that the bed in 520 is kinda worn down. The right side has a dip..tine for a new box spring? Overall I'll definitely be back again.

Overpriced no restaurant to eat at unable to speak to management management is rude the Vickers estate seems like a halfway house dirty carpet chipped and peeling furniture stains on the comforter dirty floors dirty ceiling fan breakfast was terrible ocean view at the Vickers estate by freeway obstructed by the freeway and can see They do not take care of the facility by the roof in front of the window no ice machine dirty microwave smells musty I would never suggest this for anyone worst place I've ever stayed at for how expensive it is

I like the room size but it was very 70s and smelled old the ocean view windows were very dirty the refrigerator was not cold and ive stayed at many places in ventura and never had to pay for parking and the parking lot was empty

We had a great quiet stay at pierpoint inn. We loved seeing the ocean, the sunrise and having the breakfast in the morning. It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the freeway. It was also very close to restaurants in town and some nice surf spots. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Some furniture was very worn down and parts of the property was under construction.
