"This trip was a family trip during our 2 children’s spring break!! The breakfast in the morning has great options for the entire family (cold and hot foods). The pool and gym are close to each other. The hotel has valet vehicle service, so we’d just left our van at hotel and enjoyed walking to the boardwalk twice, even our 12 year old daughter and 8 year old son, didn’t complain about the walk. Great Staff and service!! We’ll be back for sure! "

"Decor was great, very stylish hotel and all staff was nice. Pool and hot tub were hard to access as it’s rather small for the amount of rooms there. All chairs and loungers were claimed by 9:00 am. We ended up using the pool and hot tub from 9:15-10:00 pm since that was really the only time it wasn’t super crowded. "

"It was our first time staying in Santa Cruz. Loved the relaxed vibe of the hotel. The lounge/bar area was great for unwinding after a long day. At check in, Ethan was super friendly and welcoming! We arrived a little earlier than expected at he let us check in! Loved that! Will be returning. "

"We stayed in the room with the lanai and it was roomy and spacious. . Decor is a little quirky and retro and I loved it! Got a room by the lagoon and really enjoyed watching the ducks and fish go by. Has a really convenient poolside restaurant or indoor dining. Best of all, the staff were amazing!!! Best I’ve seen in ages. It’s a cool place. "
